A hot tub tends to get used by its owners frequently, and as a result is subject to normal wear and tear. This can lead to the occasional breakdown. At 360 Hot Tubs, we respond quickly to our call outs and try to repair it there and then.

This could be down to something simple or a call out may be required. Give us a call and you’ll receive advice that could resolve the issue over the phone, a quote for parts if required, and a scheduled appointment time that suits you.

Almost all problems are resolved on the initial visit; however, if a second visit is required, you will only pay for the parts and labour to fit.
